She was absolutely incredible throughout the process of buying our home and she navigated some complications with the home flawlessly. She is extremely knowledgeable, offered guidance, advocated for us, and was able to negotiate a great deal in the end, saving us money. She's an excellent communicator and kept us informed the entire time. She also has provided us with contacts to some great contractors, which has been a huge help post-closing as we update the home. If you want an agent that truly has your best interests at heart and someone who will work FOR you - Stacy is a great pick. We would use her again in a heartbeat and can't recommend her enough!

Stacy has a terrific personality and gave me confidence that she can sell the property quickly and efficiently. I got a very good price from the current market conditions thanks to Stacy. Stacy personally assisted in "fixing up" my property (e.g., yard work, trimming bushes, etc.) and used the right vendors to make sure my property was in great shape prior to being put on for sale. Beyond AMAZING!!!! This was my 3rd time re-listing the property "last agent told me it wasn't going to sell unless we drop it way below my purchase price". I got in connection with Stacy, she was very informative, came to our initial meeting prepared with comps and had recommendations on even virtual staging. House was listed on Friday evening, the house had more showings that entire weekend than all 2 previous listings combined. I received my offer Monday morning, I was wow'ed by Stacy and her network, marketing, advertisement skills and how amazing everything took place. I was anti-agent but grew to be very comfortable with using Stacy as our agent and would recommend her to others. She is awesome!! I signed the buyer contract with Stacy for 1 day and cancelled the buyer contract the next day. She was happy and supportive even though I canceled the buyer contract.
